This project involved restoration of the existing front sitting and master bedroom, and adding a walk-in-robe and ensuite. This was complemented by an extensive renovation to the rear, which incorporated a new kitchen (with Butler’s Pantry), dining room and family room opening on to an expansive alfresco deck. A second-storey was also added which integrated a children’s retreat, a further 3 bedrooms and bathroom. The entire home achieved a 6-star energy rating upon completion.

Elements: High-gloss Sydney blue gum flooring; western red cedar double- glazed windows and bi-fold doors; Miele appliances, drying cupboard; wine cellar; linen chute; restoration of original fireplaces in living area.
