Following a complete restoration of the existing front dwelling, including re- stumping and re-roofing, this project provided the client with an additional open-plan family / kitchen / dining room connecting the decked entertaining areas through the use of 4 sets of bi-fold doors. Cathedral ceilings to the extension also aided in providing a feeling of space to this compact inner-city home. The entire home achieved a 6-star energy rating upon completion.

Elements: Western-red cedar windows and bi-fold doors; Tasmanian oak parquetry flooring; LED strip lighting to kitchen and staircase; satin 2-Pac kitchen and joinery throughout; BOSE surround sound throughout; alarm and video intercom.
