This project involved restoration of the existing front sitting and dining room and master bedroom (with walk-in-robe and ensuite) as well as extensive renovation to the rear, new kitchen with butler’s pantry, dining room and family room, opening on to an expansive alfresco entertaining area and salt-water pool. The entire home achieved a 6-star energy rating upon completion.

Elements: Walnut-stained satin-finish solid Tasmanian oak flooring; double-glazed natural-finish anodised-aluminium windows; video intercom; ducted vacuum; BOSE surround sound; Jetmaster fireplace; linen press; black powder-coated, fully insulated wine room; shadow-lined architrave and skirting to contemporary extension; restoration of original fireplaces in living area; finger-pull Blum joinery with 2-Pac and timber veneer finishes and Caesarstone tops; fully-frameless balustrading.
